Your role:

Fujitsu is currently looking for a Sales Manager Platform Business who provides leadership and strategic direction for Datacenter solution sales activities in France. This department consists of the Enterprise-, Midmarket- and Channel Sales plus a Technical Consulting and Product related Services team. In this role you are a valuable member of the Management Team reporting to the Head of Platform Business, North Western Europe.

As the Sales Manager Platform Business in France you will be responsible for developing, executing and articulating the sales strategy that grows the market share for Fujitsu Datacenter Products and Product related Services Portfolio. You will champion transformative change within the business, driving new customer acquisitions, channel expansion and prosperous relationships with existing customers and partners.

In this role, you work collaboratively with other country heads to integrate and align strategic plans, maintaining and advancing the European Platform Business’ relevance, profitability and competitive edge

Most importantly, you regularly visit customers/prospects and interact with them on C-level in order to build lasting relationships, drive sales progression and lead by example.

The ideal candidate can inspire and motivate teams, has an active qualitative and quantitative network, and a proven track-record of success within (Technology) Sales. You are able to enter in dialogue with all concerned stakeholders and are able to align the visions of influencers and decision-makers into one common direction. Additionally, you are an experienced management professional with a proven track record in building and leading high performing teams.
