For an international institution based in Strasbourg, France, we are urgently looking for a Helpdesk VIP Engineer, who is fluent in French and English.
This position is open for contractors, who would like to commit long-term.

Single Point of Contact for end-users (VIP);
Record and update information in knowledge database;
Closing incidents and confirmation with the customer;

3 year of relevant professional experience as Helpdesk Engineer;
~ Fluency in both English and French mandatory both written and oral;
~ You have already IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office);
