The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting commercial contracts, addressing compliance issues, and participating in business negotiation discussions. Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage contracts, including distributor agreements, employment contracts, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with French and EU laws.
Legal Support for Operations : Work closely with internal teams to collect necessary documents and information, coordinate with external counsel, and support legal files managed in-house.

~ Compliance and Data Protection : Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws, including handling all region-specific privacy matters.

~ Fluency in French and English is essential to liaise effectively with both the local team and the HQ in Berlin.
A Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), with specialization in corporate, commercial, or data protection law preferred.
