Our client is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team in Paris, where you will be working on our clients new generation of ARM based SoC.
No sponsorship, you must have the right to work in France.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- MSc or PhD in Software Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ARM-based embedded software.
- Proficient in software development in ARM-based environments, with experience using relevant tools.
- Expertise in C programming for low-level software and driver development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (French is a plus).
- Experience with Secure Boot implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of software and hardware security.
- Familiarity with U-Boot, Trusted Firmware M, Trusted Firmware A, or Linux kernel development.

Job Description:
- Contribute to designing, developing, integrating, and testing firmware and bootloaders for ARM Cortex-M and ARM Cortex-A based SoCs.
- Assist with porting Trusted Firmware A, Trusted Firmware M, and U-Boot.
- Implement Secure Boot and Secure Firmware Upgrade processes.
- Establish communication protocols between various cores and software modules (OS, U-Boot, firmware).
- Develop and integrate drivers for peripherals and controllers such as SPI, I2C, SDCard, PCIe, Flash, and Hardware Secure Elements.
- Execute and test software modules on different emulators to validate both software and hardware functionality.
- Write technical documentation following the company's QA policies.
