We are looking for a Anti-Bribery & Corruption Officer H/F to join the Compliance team within AXA Partners (permanent contract).You will be responsible for rolling out, monitoring and controls of the global ABC program across AXA Partners. As well as the animation of the community of compliance officers and correspondents in charge of ABC topics across AXA Partners. You will report directly to the Head of Financial Crime and will work closely with the AXA Group ABC function. Dimensions of role: Promote a One AXA Partners Compliance team across all business lines and Geographies To work collaboratively with others in the Legal and Compliance function to ensure a One AXA approach and to help create an effective combined AP General Secretary teamIn this role, you will be responsible for anti-corruption rules and for guarantee the operational system, by implementing the 8 measures of the Sapin II law, including in particular: Defining AXA Partners' anti-corruption policies and the protection of whistleblowers with the introduction of an anti-corruption code of conduct Informing and advising the management body and employees in charge of the activities affected by these measures; Implementing the AXA Partners anti-corruption map with the participation of risk owners; Managing awareness-raising (for everyone) and training (for those most exposed to the risk of corruption) Setting up systems for assessing the integrity of third parties within the meaning of Sapin II; Monitoring and steering front-line controls (including the accounting controls required by the Sapin II law); Cooperating with the supervisory authorities on issues relating to this subject.Your main activities will be the following: Monitor ABC Global regulatory developments with particular focus on Sapin II Law and AFA (i.e. AFA Guidelines, AFA Sanctions Committee, etc.) Work with the Head of Financial Crime to ensure any outstanding audit points or breaches are closed in a timely manner Ensure that the bribery and corruption risks via the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Risk Assessment and follow-up of remediation action plans is performed across AXA Partners and consolidated Ensure that the ABC internal control framework is well designed and implemented in close collaboration with internal control team Produce and update central ABC compliance policies, procedures, processes and controls to mitigate the identified bribery and corruption risks Ensure consistent approach on ABC due diligence processes and controls Raise awareness of AXA Partners employees on anti-bribery topics by developing communication materials and providing training sessions Maintain Central Gift and Entertainment Register with associated KPIs Animate the community of compliance officers and compliance correspondents in charge of ABC topics Participate in a constant improvement of AXA Partners SA anti-bribery compliance program suggesting and implementing appropriate action plans Your ProfileProfile required:Minimum of 5 years working within the Compliance, Audit or Risk team or a regulated insurance company or group. Work closely with AXA Group ABC Team Occasional Travel as required Ability to coach business teams to support an effective ABC culture Understanding and experience of regulatory framework (Agence Francaise Anti-Corruption) Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) in both French and English. Ability to meet or exceed deadline, prioritise, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast paced changing environment.
