Title: Deputy CEO - Solar PV
Location: EMEA (Remote)
As part of a recent acquisition of the company, the client is transitioning towards a fully integrated IPP. The Deputy CEO will assist the CEO in steering the development activities of the IPP, after which he/she will get acquainted with the operational and financial divisions of the company to effectively manage the EPC and O&M parts of the business. The Deputy CEO will become the CEO of the company by January 1st, 2025.
The Individual:Experience in a leading role within a prominent company in the PV industry, with expertise in PV EPC and O&M operations, plant design, project development, asset management, finance, and corporate governance.
Versed in company law and board governance, including ESG requirements.
Fluency in English.
Frequent interaction with the CEO will be required during the handover.
