With over 120 plants in 25 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through over seventy years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialization and sequenced delivery.

We are working hard on spearheading the transformation that the automotive industry is currently experiencing with regard to vehicle interiors by collaborating with our customers. We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.

Mission:

Design, optimize and organize all technical solutions and product production/manufacturing methods, according to productivity and quality requirements. Participate in the industrialization of new projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate industrialization projects

Define manufacturing processes

Design the manufacturing and industrialization dossier

Control the application of manufacturing procedures

Determine corrective actions

Analyze malfunctions or non-conformities

Perform the operation of starting a new production machine

Prepare production tools

Provide technical support to the quality, maintenance, methods departments

Participate in industrialization methods, process, product, manufacturing workshop

Contribute to industrial and logistics management

Conduct tests, manufacturing trials and production

Control the performance of a service

Select suppliers, subcontractors, service providers
