Senior Manager, Project Management

Assisting the delivery of Project Management service for real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments in France.
Assisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements
Participating in delivery of high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks

Understanding of the tools and techniques applied to project management.
~ Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specification and acquisition.
~ Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
~ Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
~ Proficiency in French and English
~ Bac+2 or equivalent - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar
Engineering School or BTS, DUT or Technical Professional License
