We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and represent our brand in France. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new distribution channels to drive growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and profitability.
  • Negotiate and optimize existing contracts for better terms and conditions.
  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities to support organic growth.
  • Enhance market share and explore new business development possibilities.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, focusing on the Benelux and French markets.
  • Stay informed about consumer behavior and trends to align strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the international market, ideally with a top brand or tableware company.
  • Strong understanding of both retail markets and end-consumer preferences.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Knowledge of supermarket/hypermarket operations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch (Flemish), and French.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to convey and defend business strategies to the management team.
