Rattaché(e) à l’Associé de l’activité, vous interviendrez en accompagnement de nos clients dans la déclinaison opérationnelle des enjeux réglementaires qui leur sont applicables, en les assistant dans leurs projets, de la définition des principes et politiques à la mise en place d’une organisation conforme et adaptée à leurs risques sur des thèmes tels que l’organisation de la fonction conformité, le contrôle interne, l’audit interne et les risques.Vous interviendrez également sur des missions d’investigation financière afférentes à la fraude, au respect des pratiques concurrentielles, à la corruption ainsi que sur la maîtrise des enjeux d’intégrité et de réputation auxquels nos clients sont confrontés lors de la conduite de leurs affaires.Vos principales missions :Assistance en matière de Gouvernance, Audit et Contrôle Interne, Contrôle Permanent ;Cartographie des risquesTransformation et amélioration de l’efficacité opérationnelleDiagnostic et mise en place de dispositifs de contrôle interne et de programmes de conformité en lien avec les exigences réglementairesGestion de projets impactant la maîtrise des risques et le contrôle interneCréation, revue critique ou amélioration de programmes d’intégrité et de compliance reliés aux thèmes suivants : fraude, corruption, anti-trust, blanchiment, sanctions économiques (OFAC, UN, UE …) et leur déclinaison quant à la cartographie des risques, les politiques et procédures, le dispositif de surveillance et d’alerte éthique, la formation des collaborateurs…Développement et mise en œuvre de plans de contrôle et d’audit interne, assistance / audits SOXVous aurez l’opportunité de travailler pour une clientèle diversifiée, de sociétés côtées ou non, françaises et internationales du secteur public comme du secteur privé.En tant que Manager en Risk Advisory & Compliance secteur Industrie, en charge de l’offre, vous serez amené à :Structurer cette offreDévelopper de nouvelles missions chez nos clients et nos prospectsDévelopper des synergies avec les autres activités du cabinet, à Paris, en France et à l’étranger,Recruter, former et encadrer une équipe de consultants juniors et seniors pour mener à bien les missions qui vous seront confiées,Construire et diffuser les méthodologies nécessaires à la réalisation de nos missions.De formation supérieure (université, école de commerce ou école d’ingénieurs) avec une spécialisation en Finance, Gestion des risques, Juridique ou Audit, vous avez acquis une expérience significative de 6 à 10 ans dans un cabinet de conseil structuré spécialisé sur les problématiques de contrôle interne, d’audit interne et de gestion des risques ou au sein d’une direction de l’audit interne / du contrôle interne.Vous avez évolué dans différents secteurs d’activité et développé une expertise dans l’un des secteurs suivants : santé, industrie, services ou distribution.Autonome et doté(e) de bonnes qualités relationnelles, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership. Vous savez établir des relations durables et de confiance avec vos clients.La maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit est indispensable et la pratique opérationnelle d’une troisième langue est un plus.
