The newly created Global Chief Underwriting & Pricing Office (GUO) will be accountable for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design and Technical Underwriting Excellence in partnership with the AXA Entities, for both Commercial and Retail, through:
As part of the Group Chief Underwriting & Pricing Office you will join the Health Pricing Team as Health Pricing Expert. Share expertise on product pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms, pricing parameters, and advanced pricing techniques
Engage closely with members of CUO, Entity Underwriting and Pricing members, Reserving, TDO, and Finance to improve pricing accuracy and overall business performance.
Reviews and transversal initiatives will be carried with teams in GIE and entities across Finance, Risk Management, Underwriting, Claims, etc.
Fully Certified Actuary, Data Scientist or equivalent
Proven experience interacting with Senior leaders and evolving in matrixed environments
Expertise on product pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms, pricing parameters, and advanced pricing techniques
Influence and stakeholder management within matrixed complex and international set up while establishing partnerships.
Fluent English is mandatory
