Job Description:
We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our team for a 6-month private equity internship program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior team members and learn about private equity and real estate investment strategies, portfolio management, financial analysis, and deal execution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting industry research and analysis of self-storage markets across Europe.
- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
- Help with portfolio management, including monitoring portfolio companies' performance.
- Collaborate with team members in financial modeling and preparation of investment memorandums.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, conference calls, and other networking events.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in private equity and real estate investments.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other European languages such as French or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity is desirable but not mandatory.
- Legally eligible to work in Switzerland .
