Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Docent, you will be responsible for our full-funnel marketing strategy and the execution of our brand vision. You will leverage the entire suite of marketing tools to acquire new users and customers and retain them. You will design, execute, and optimise 360° campaigns spanning search, social and CRM and provide media recommendations to our Content Producer & Community Specialist with the aim of driving traffic and engagement on our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that aligns with Docent’s brand goals, focusing on community engagement and growth.
- Develop and manage 360 campaigns and activations across search engines (SEM), social media, CRM and events. These campaigns should balance performance marketing and branding both online and offline.
- Collaborate with our Content Producer & Community Specialist to ensure our content is optimised for SEO and efficiently leveraged in promotions and ads.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation in collaboration with our Art Advisory team.
- Oversee budget allocation and tracking for paid campaigns, optimising spend based on performance metrics.
- Analyse the effectiveness of both paid and organic strategies, using insights to guide future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing tools especially search engine advertising and marketing automation.
- Experience in media plan design and marketing budget allocation and management.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficient in analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Profile:
- Experienced marketer highly motivated to design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy in an industry without an existing playbook.
- 5+ years of experience with at least one rotation across different marketing crafts.
- Experience in a consumer business ideally for a mobile app.
