Your daily life: the missions
You will be working as a Software Architect in the Information Systems Department of the ODDO BHF Group, reporting to the Head Of IT Architecture, in charge of collecting the needs of the various stakeholders (IT, Security or business), then synthesizes the information and proposes an ideal architecture for the software required.
Your main missions :
- Audit and analyze existing architecture and anticipate risks
- Design of software architecture at functional and technical levels, according to the various needs expressed
- Checks consistency between actual implementation and the recommended architecture model
- Advising on best practices and compliance with methodologies
- Support the project owners and project managers in technological decisions
- Technology watch to ensure continuous improvement.
- Evangelization”, influence and contribution to the Architects Community : You develop convictions on target and innovative architectures, and you like to evangelize and influence in order to implement them.
- Documentation : You play a key role in the development of the software architecture guidelines to enable the teams becoming as autonomous as possible in integrating the architecture standards

Your remuneration
Your remuneration is adapted to your profile and skills. This remuneration is composed by a fix salary, bonus subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year, and profit-sharing.

Skills required
Technical skills :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software architecture as a lead architect of a development team
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Knowledge of various programming languages and expertise in at least two of the following languages: C#, Java, SQL, Python
- Knowledge of various security standards
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Strong background in design and implementation of microservices architectures
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Public Cloud PaaS & IaaS (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Knowledge of IaC techniques (helm, ansible, terraform…)
- Fluency in technical English
- Technical project management skills
- Knowledge of software craftmanship best practices : Clean Code, TDD, BDD, …

- Constant interest in the latest technology and architecture innovations
- Adaptability and flexibility
Language : Fluent French and English are required
