Banking Associate Solicitor

Role:
The successful candidate will join a team of legal professionals, providing top-tier legal advice to a diverse clientele. The role demands a proactive approach to complex legal matters in the banking and finance sector, including but not limited to structured finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, asset finance, and derivatives.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of financial documents, managing transactions from inception to completion, and providing strategic advice to clients. The solicitor will also be expected to contribute to business development activities and maintain the firm's high standards of client care.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor between NQ-4 PQE
- Strong academic background and a track record of excellence within a reputable law firm
- Proficient in handling complex financial structures and transactions
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, managing a demanding workload with meticulous attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
