Marketing Apprentice Europe

At Entegra, we are proud to be growing at an exponential rate. To support the expanding growth, we are recruiting an Apprentice to support the marketing function in their activities.

The job holder will be responsible for organisation and coordinating relevant projects across 8 countries, managing internal comms and events, ensuring local deliverables, monitoring KPIs, and generating reports on initiatives.

  • Ensure marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Work with agencies to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with other functions and regions to deliver growth.
  • Support roll-out of marketing projects and initiatives driven centrally.
  • Support content and best practice sharing.
  • Help maintain and update the website.
  • Support in-country marketing efforts.

Person specification:

Entry level graduate.

Behavioural competencies: agile, creative, articulate, results driven.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Comfortable working on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Native English + fluent proficiency in either Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian.
