En alliant l’innovation technologique IoT avec une approche revalorisée du métier de technicien ascensoriste, elle aréussi en 4 ans a développer la plateforme de maintenance prédictive la plus avancée de l'industrie.
Leur recette magique :Proposerune offre de maintenance prédictive, transparente et innovante, qui va à l’encontre des méthodes du marché. Aujourd'hui c'est plus de 20 000 copropriétaires et 180 techniciens qui utilisent cette solution clef en main.
La plateforme permet de contrôler toute la chaine de valeur : du technicien sur le terrain jusqu’au client.
La tech est au cœur du réacteur, pour y arriver, ils combinent de la deep tech, hardware & data, et des problématiques UX à de nombreux niveaux.

Le poste
Au sein d'une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes sur la partie Software, votre but sera d'apporter un maximum de valeur aux users de notre plateforme, tout en garantissant la performance et scalabilité de celle-ci.
Chaque développeur travaille sur lafeature qu’il développe quels que soient les domaines mis en jeu (back, front, data etc…), jusqu’à la mise en production et au monitoring.
Vous travaillerez au sein de l'une des 3 squads composées d'un Product Manager, un Product Designer et 5 développeurs.
Les problématiques du poste :- Travail sur la maintenance prédictive : développement et déploiement d'algo pour faire de la maintenance de meilleurs qualité
- Optimisation et challenge de l'environnement technique existant pour préparer la phase de scale qui arrive (code et infrastructure)
- Problématiques d'archi : initialement un produit interne qui est devenu un produit que l'on vend en SaaS (niveau de qualité totalement différent donc gros challenge)
- Délivrer de façon autonome et efficace du code de qualité
- Garantir la qualité des livrables en production
- Participer activement à la conception de features
- Etre moteur de l’amélioration continue de l’équipe

Votre profil
- Profil à partir de 5 ans d'expérience sur des problématiques frontend
- Maitrise de React.js
- Avoir déjà touché de près ou de loin à du GraphQl
- Une curiosité technique à toute épreuve et l’envie de mettre en place des nouvelles technologies
