Workday CoreHR Product Owner/Business Analyst
A leading client based in Paris are on the lookout for an expert Workday HCM Consultant with experience on CoreHR topics to join them.
In this role, the person will be responsible for managing and enhancing our CoreHR system on Workday, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our human resources processes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid understanding of HR practices, Workday tools, and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all CoreHR-related matters on Workday.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to define and refine user stories, epics, and other requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR & Tech WD configuration specialist to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
Have a deep understanding of Workday CoreHR functionality and bring industry best practices for improvements in our Workday system.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes, system functionality, and user experience.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Lead and participate in project meetings, providing progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning.
