Pour les équipes de Colomiers, nous recherchons notre futur.e OPE
1. MISSIONS SPECIFIQUES
- Construire un planning de production réaliste à partir du SLB et de toutes les taches non standard.
- Supporte le Team leader et le Responsable avion dans leurs activités.
- S’appuie sur les compétences de la MFT pour enrichir son planning.
- Propose des scénarios de planning en fonctions des contraintes rencontrées.
- Participe a la collecte des aléas afin d’alimenter les routines d’amélioration continue.
- Apporte une vision globale sur l’état d’avancement de l’avion (adhérence au planning, points chauds, anticipation des jalons).
- Capitalise les données planning à des fins d’analyse
L’OPE est un acteur/actrice important.e dans le développement de l’AOS en Customer Line. Il/elle participe activement au Progress dans la maturité é des briques SLB et PPC. Il/elle est un des vecteurs d’introduction de solutions digitales en Customer Line (Visual management, passage d’info automatique Dataviz). Il/elle participe à bâtir la performance niveau 1. (Objectifs par shifts, mesure avance /retard, collecte des aléas...)
- Les OPE sont identifiés comme étant « Product Owner » de cette solution et donc participent à la définition et à la construction du futur outil de planification des Customer Lines.
2. MOYEN
- Le futur outil « CLES » (Customer Line Extinction System) qui fait partie du projet Global Customer Lines Digital Transformation est actuellement en phase de développement. Cet outil apportera à toutes les Customer Lines une planification et un pilotage précis de leurs opérations en fonction de leurs contraintes.
- Les outils employés sont : MS project, I Kanban, ALB, my AD, Google Sheets, Google Datastudio, QlikSense
