L'ENTREPRISEPME internationale et très dynamique, qui développe des puces électroniques numériques très complexes pour différents marchés. LE POSTE / LES MISSIONSEn tant que FAE, vous interviendrez en véritable soutien technique auprès des clients, en travaillant étroitement avec les équipes commerciales ainsi qu'avec les équipes d'ingénieurs d'applications réparties dans le monde entier.A ce titre, vous aurez pour missions :- Echanger avec les clients afin de résoudre leurs problématiques techniques- Echanger avec les différents départements internes afin de contribuer à l'amélioration des produits et en recherchant toujours plu d'innovation- Prendre note des problèmes rencontrées par les clients et faire remonter les informations- Assurer le support et la formation des clients- Mettre en avant la plus value des produits de l'entreprise auprès des clients- Maintenir un lien en continue avec les clients - Participer, en lien étroit avec les équipes R&D, à l'implémentation de la solution, à son test, et à l'aide sur le terrain Déplacement jusqu'à Maximum 25% sur l'année (domestique ou international)Télé-travail adaptablePROFIL RECHERCHÉBAC +5 Ecole d'ingénieur ou Université : diplôme en lien avec le monde des systèmes embarqués, de la microélectronique, electrical engineering, computer science, ou de manière générale des systèmes électroniques. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle (hors stage/alternance)Vous êtes familier avec les mots clefs : - Soc Intégration et IP intégration- Soc architecture - Verilog, VHDL - System VerilogAnglais courant impératif, contexte international et équipe interne multi-culturelle
