Finatal is excited to announce its collaboration with a leading Private Equity firm that has recently acquired a rapidly expanding software company located in Paris, France. With a promising trajectory for growth and innovation, this company is poised to make significant strides in the market. To support their expansion efforts, they are seeking a dynamic CFO with a background in private equity to lead the enhancement and optimization of their finance operations.

Position Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a vital role in elevating the finance function of our client's company, drawing on your experience in private equity environments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be vital in shaping the financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, and driving financial performance to align with the company's expansion objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and the expectations of Private Equity investors.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Lead initiatives to optimize capital allocation, manage cash flow, and enhance profitability through strategic financial analysis and decision-making.

• Establish robust financial controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to local and international standards.

• Enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities to provide actionable insights to senior management and investors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic initiatives, including M&A transactions, investment opportunities, and partnership agreements.

• Cultivate and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
