The mission
My client, an international company is splitting into two different entities. The program manager will be responsible for managing and executing their comprehensive and ambitious Workplace Separation Program. This program includes the implementation of Microsoft Intune, the replacement of approximately 10,000 devices, the review and migration of the TPA solution, the upgrade of print servers, and the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11-
The Program Manager will also oversee other project managers working on individual projects within the program.
Key responsibilities:
*Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Workplace Separation Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
*Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across the organization.
*Manage the replacement of close to 10,000 devices, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
*Review and manage the migration of the TPA solution, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Oversee the upgrade of print servers, ensuring compatibility and efficiency improvements.
*Lead the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal impact on end-users.
*Supervise and provide guidance to other project managers working on individual projects within the program, ensuring cohesive and coordinated efforts.
*Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and deliverables.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful program execution.
*Implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption and minimize resistance to new technologies and processes. *Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the program lifecycle
