We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cisco networking and IT infrastructure, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex network systems. This role demands strategic vision, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to drive our network architecture forward in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Proficiency:
- Design, implement, and manage sophisticated Cisco network infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Cisco technologies, including routing, switching, security, wireless, and data center solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize network performance, staying current with the latest Cisco advancements and industry best practices.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive network infrastructure plans that align with the organization's strategic goals and business objectives.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and forecast future network requirements, creating strategic roadmaps for network evolution.
- Translate business requirements into effective, scalable, and secure networking solutions that support current and future growth.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Clearly articulate complex technical networking concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams, management, and external partners to facilitate discussions, build consensus, and foster a cooperative environment.
- Present technical proposals, provide training, and offer expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and management of network projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Cisco network design and management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic network plans.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, wireless, and data center solutions.
- Strong understanding of network optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest Cisco technology trends and industry best practices.
