Application deadline 28.Our "#youlearnPublic" program is a six-month, intensive training program in the areas of (IT) consulting and project management with a focus on the public sector. Theoretical training courses incl. Regular feedback sessions and support from mentors and peers
Participants receive an attractive salary from day one and are hired as a Junior IT or Business Consultant in our team on a permanent basis. Working on a wide range of projects relating to the digitalization of public administration, including in the areas of software development, integration, migration and implementation
Supporting project management in the planning and control of projects and the coordination of project teams
Ideally practical experience in software development projects through internships or working student activities
Initial experience with modern software architectures, UML or comparable modeling languages, requirements engineering, quality management as well as classic and agile software development
German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
Part-time possible
