Position Summary This position is for senior director or VP Engineering with a broad experience in hands-on technical engineering leadership including management of the project and team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the output of the HW/SW/FW/Test engineering teams based in the Paris office of NextNav towards innovative products in the location space. The candidate will also work with product management on product definition and program management on schedule planning/execution. Responsibilities- Responsible for delivery of solutions from the France engineering team
- Manage team of diverse engineers from HW/SW/Algorithm/Test team to deliver prototype/product solution
- Should be able to work hands-on with the team, provide them directions to enable effective product impact
- Interact with the executive team in providing periodic updates
- Interface with program management to estimate/manage tasks/schedules for internal and external deliverables
- A minimum of 10 years experience with at least a few complete product design lifecycle exposure (from initial board design
- Very hands-on, with strong analytical and experimental problem-solving skills, ability to learn to troubleshoot complex sys-
