Nous recherchons pour notre client un(e) Responsable Mobilité Internationale en CDI à Nanterre pour accompagner un portefeuille d'expatriés de haut niveau.
Élaboration des packages de mobilité internationale en conformité avec la politique en vigueur.
Coordination avec des prestataires spécialisés : déménagements, immigration, relocation, fiscalité, formation interculturelle, etc.
Mise à jour des rémunérations d'expatriation (salaire, bonus) lors des campagnes annuelles et communication aux parties prenantes.

Gestion administrative :

Rédaction des contrats et avenants spécifiques à la mobilité internationale.
Affiliation aux organismes de protection sociale internationale et suivi des démarches administratives.
Élaboration et veille de la paie mensuelle des expatriés (shadow payroll), incluant le versement éventuel de salaires en France.
Accompagnement de la mobilité internationale :

Réalisation d'études comparatives pour répondre aux besoins des RH et opérationnels en matière de mobilité ou de recrutement international.
Soutien ponctuel pour la mise en place des mobilités (relations avec prestataires, conseils en paie, etc.).
Préparation et co-animation des réunions du Club interne de Mobilité Internationale (3 fois par an).
Coordination administrative pour un portefeuille de 10 volontaires internationaux en entreprise (VIE).

Vous disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de mobilité internationale.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (écrit et oral) pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs anglophones.
Une expérience dans la gestion de la paie serait un plus.
Vous maîtrisez Excel, PowerPoint et idéalement un logiciel de paie.
Formation minimum Bac +4 en RH ou école de commerce avec un intérêt pour la mobilité internationale professionnelle.
