We are seeking a Cluster Activity Manager to join our team. As a Cluster Activity Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating activities, driving change, and ensuring excellence across our cluster of locations.

The Cluster Activity Manager (CAM) serves as a critical partner for the local cluster leadership team. Their expertise spans activity management, business processes, and crisis handling. Working closely with the cluster leadership and regional business teams, the CAM ensures cross-cluster alignment and shares best practices. Proficient in project, process, and portfolio management, they make informed decisions regarding market feasibility. Ultimately, the CAM is accountable for executing the cluster activity pipeline seamlessly, providing valuable business recommendations within the strategic framework. A strong business acumen is essential for success in this role.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in relevant roles, with a solid business understanding grasping both supply and demand dynamics.

  • You're familiar with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP+) processes

  • You possess strong skills in facilitating discussions and effective communication

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required

  • Having a previous line management experience is an asset.

  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Activity Management processes and tools (e.g QuEST, PPM, etc)

What will be your key responsibilities? 

Cluster Activity Management & Deployment:

  • As the guardian of cluster activities, you’ll allocate resources, provide business recommendations, and ensure efficient communication.

  • Your objective perspective will highlight issues, identify solutions, and recommend trade-offs.

  • You’ll maintain visibility of the cluster activity pipeline and SKU catalog, promoting simplification and standardization.

  • Ensuring Right First Time (RFT) deployment and meeting KPIs are part of your role.

DMR Leadership and S&OP+ Orchestration:

  • Facilitate the Cluster Decision-Making Review (DMR) process, connecting with regional decision protocols.

  • Collaborate with the Cluster Leadership Team to drive decisions and escalate opportunities or tensions.

  • Govern cluster meetings and continuously improve relevant processes.

Leading the Cluster Activity Team:

  • Drive change and build a high-performing team with clear roles and responsibilities.

  • Deploy the Strategic Deployment (SD) Department’s objectives within your team.

  • Foster personal development and enhance team engagement.

Crisis & Calm Management:

  • As the CMT Project Manager, ensure efficient crisis management.

  • Partner with other leaders to keep the Crisis Management Team (CMT) trained and ready.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow through on decisions.

Driving Change Initiatives and Standardization:

  • Represent the cluster/markets in Europe, advocating for efficient interaction.

  • Share best practices, promote learning culture, and align knowledge management.

  • Understand customer requirements and drive simplification across clusters.

  • Leverage digital solutions for transparency and efficiency.

  • Actively contribute to departmental engagement and strategic initiatives.
