Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, avec une offre d'apprentissage intitulée « Assistant / coordinateur Santé Sécurité et Environnement (F/H)»
Rattaché à la Responsable Santé Sécurité vous évoluerez au sein du service Santé Sécurité Environnement
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
- Relais dans la réalisation des KPI EHS
- Participe à l’organisation des évènements service (EHS day, mobilité,…) et Site (audit divers)
- Assite le Coordinateur Entreprise extérieure (CEE) dans la gestion administrative : Formation Donneur d'ordre (DO) ; Gestion,suivi et archivage des Plan de prévention & permis de travaux
- Collaborer au suivi budgétaire via l’outil informatique.
- Coordonner et suivre les activités HSE du service
- S’assurer de la mise à jour des procédures et du transfert d’informations auprès des équipes opérationnelles
VOTRE PROFIL :
- Vous êtes en formation Administrative et Gestion.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités rédactionnelles et votre force de proposition
- Vous avez un bon sens de l'analyse et le souci du détail.
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'adaptation et vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office.
- Autonome, méthodique et rigoureux.
- Grande facilité d'adaptation.
