Job Purpose
In conjunction with the A&T Managers, the supervisor supports and manages a dedicated team of colleagues, ensuring that the provision of all client work for the portfolio is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Being responsible for his own client portfolio and dedicated team.
- Managing, coaching, evaluating and motivating team members – including short daily meetings to organize the teamwork. In this regard, preparing and performing training sessions to share his knowledge with the team.
- Managing / reviewing / guiding the more junior colleagues’ work on the firm’s client portfolio: Bookkeeping, Preparation of monthly and/or annual account, Preparation of tax returns, Reporting according to French Standards or IFRS.
- Managing the customers relationship: ensuring regular communication and handling complaints to maintain a good relationship.
- Participating to the commercial offers.
- Acting as a communication coordinator between the management and the team.
About you
- Fluent knowledge of English (B2+);
- Degree in Accounting, Audit (BTS, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalents), or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in outsourcing firms or multinational
- At least 3 years’ experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members
- Strong People Management Skills
- Focus on goals completion (both individual and team goals)
- Proficiency in Office Pack – especially Excel
- Knowledge of at least one accounting software: SAGE, CEGID Loop, Yooz or equivalent, Netsuite, or SAP is a plus, Enate Suit, ORACLE, Blackline, Workday, Yardi Voyager.
