Quelles sont les missions ?
Nous recherchons, pour un client dans le secteur de l'énergie, un Head of Finance en mission de transition de 6 mois à Paris.
Le Head of Finance reportera au Directeur Général ainsi qu'au CFO pour garantir la satisfaction des exigences de l'unité commerciale et fournir une direction stratégique et un leadership du point de vue financier.
Responsabilités
1 Expertise Financière : Connaissance approfondie des principes financiers, y compris la comptabilité, le reporting financier, la planification fiscale, la budgétisation et les prévisions.
2 Planification Stratégique : Capacité à aligner la planification financière avec la stratégie commerciale, à comprendre les paysages de marché et à orienter la direction de l'organisation.
3 Gestion des Risques : Compétence en identification et gestion des risques financiers, en assurant la conformité et en protégeant les actifs de l'entreprise.
4 Leadership et Communication : Forte capacité de leadership pour guider l'équipe financière et compétences en communication claire pour interagir avec les parties prenantes au sein de l'organisation et de l'entreprise.
5 Innovation et Adaptabilité : Approche avant-gardiste, embrassant de nouveaux concepts, technologies et s'adaptant aux environnements commerciaux changeants.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Profil Recherché
1 Minimum 7 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions financières. La connaissance ou au moins une appétence pour les fonctions IT et Digital sera un atout.
2 Idéalement, une première expérience réussie en management.

3 Capacité à fédérer et à gérer,
4 Capacité à prendre du recul.
