Nous recherchons un(e) Manager d’équipe d’Ingénierie pour notre site de Villeurbanne en Région Rhône-Alpes.
Le site de Villeurbanne (800 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation).

 

OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :

En tant que Manager d’équipe d’Ingénierie, et rattaché(e) au département Développement de produits électroniques vous managez une équipe d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs. Vous avez la responsabilité de l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels & métiers de son équipe.

 

RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES DU POSTE:
Vos principales missions en tant que Manager d’équipe sont :

  • L’évaluation, la formation et le développement continu des collaborateurs, en relation avec les RH, et dans le but d’améliorer la productivité et la qualité ;
  • L’accompagnement des ingénieurs de son équipe lorsqu’ils ont besoin de support, et le développement en continu de leurs savoir-faire techniques/ technologiques & Savoir-Être ;
  • La consolidation du plan de charge et l’adéquation charge / ressources pour le périmètre du département (50 salariés) ;
  • la gestion des prestations intellectuelles : Emission des cahiers des charges, rencontre de prestataires, suivi des pôles de sous-traitance ;

 

PROFIL

H/F de formation ingénieur électronique ou informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe idéalement pluridisciplinaires.

Vous êtes un(e) meneur (se) d’équipe. Vous savez & aimez motiver & développer les collaborateurs y compris dans une organisation transverse.

Votre capacité à prioriser, prendre des décisions et mettre en place des solutions sont indispensable pour réussir sur ce poste.

Une expérience en développement d’équipements électroniques serait un plus. Vos connaissances et votre capacité d’analyse vous permettent de comprendre rapidement les enjeux des projets en cours.
