De formation Bac+2 vous souhaitez intégrer un Bachelor 3ème année. Dans le cadre d'un recrutement via une entreprise partenaire, l'école ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL EVRY, recherche Manager de rayons en alternance (H/F). A ce titre, vous intégrerez notre cursus Bachelor 3ème année Responsable du développement et du pilotage commercial, en parcours Vente Négociation (Titre RNCP Niveau II). Six unités d'enseignement seront au programme, elles regrouperont des matières tel que : le cadre juridique du commerce et du e-commerce, gestion d'un budget et d'un service, la communication globale et les outils de bureautiques avancés...Le rythme d'alternance sera : Lundi, Mardi en cours et le Mercredi, Jeudi et le vendredi en entreprise. Les missions qui seront confiées au candidat sont les suivantes : Vous managez et développez votre équipe. En véritable leader, vous fédérez vos collaborateurs autour du projet magasinVous garantissez la bonne tenue des rayons. Vous organisez et contrôlez l'approvisionnement, dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de la réglementation commerciale. Vous animez vos rayons : plan d'occupation, théâtralisation, mise en oeuvre de la politique merchandising. Vous suivez vos indicateurs de performance. CA, marge, stocks... n'auront plus de secrets pour vous Vous êtes garant.e des résultats de votre secteur et de l'atteinte des objectifs. Vous êtes en veille constante sur l'offre et les prix.
