Air Liquide Services Partagés (ALSP) est l’un des 7 Business Services Centers (BSC) régionaux du groupe Air Liquide.
ALSP développe depuis sa création en 2015 les expertises de comptabilité, de paie et de systèmes d’information RH.
ALSP est à ce jour en charge des activités comptables et de trésorerie pour une quarantaine de filiales du groupe Air Liquide en France, présentes sur les différents secteurs dans lesquels le groupe opère (Grande Industrie, Industriel Marchand, Electronique, Santé, Marchés Globaux et Technologies, et également certaines structures Holding) .
ALSP a une organisation centrée sur ses clients internes (DAF, contrôle de gestion, DRH) qui bénéficient d’un interlocuteur privilégié (un manager) en charge de la relation client au sein d’ALSP.
Chaque manager s’appuie sur des pôles de compétences mutualisés par type d’expertise (Comptabilité Générale, Comptabilité Fournisseurs, Comptabilité Clients et Paie) .
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Mission statement : Maintain and contribute to develop the digital solutions of the Group HR information system to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR Function while ensuring world class user experience.1. Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and recommend necessary enhancements to Group HRDS for existing security groups.
- Analyze employee data and proactively share the data results with CoEs and HRBPs.
- Analyze business process data and recommend process optimization to CoEs.
- Create new local reports and dashboards.
- Define tools and process improvements for machine learning related to people data.
- Define tools and process improvements for application of artificial intelligence in people applications.
- Find opportunities to harmonize data across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions.
- Continuously suggest measures for data accuracy.
2. System maintenance
- Work closely with Group HRDS, and AMS support to ensure availability of reports and dashboards for business requirements.
- Implement Workday bi-annual releases as per global guidelines and support the HRDS team with non-regression tests.
3. System administration
- Assign (or validate assignment done by the BSC) and update all security roles for Europe and AMEI.
- regularly audit all role assignments to ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance.
- Analyze reporting requests and promote usage of existing reports
.
4. Support to HRDS Users
- Alert Group HRDS CoE and Security team immediately in case of cyber-attack of a local third party application (time tracking, payroll…) interfaced with Workday
- Ensure quick solving of issues submitted by the BSC.
- Monitor most frequent defects analysis and validate the remediation actions proposed by CoE members
- Ensure smooth deployment of myHR in new and consolidated entities
- Proactively advise the dashboards and reports to HRDS users to enhance the system adoption.
Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 + years experience in People data and system security with 5 years experience in Workday.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Reporting and Analytics with experience in usage of Power BI or any other reporting tool.
