Quelles sont les missions ?
Missions :
* Réalisation des missions générales de conformité (contrôles, conseil et formation) et des projets, pour une exploitation réglementée,
* Traitement des demandes réglementaires et les enquêtes, préparation des informations demandées par les Régulateurs et organisation des réunions pour les visites et/ou audits réglementaires, traitement des demandes d'échange,
* Enquêtes : Participer et soutenir les enquêtes sur les fautes potentielles (c'est-à-dire en coopération avec les finances sur la politique des cadeaux et des divertissements) et tout ce qui enfreint les exigences réglementaires/légales,
* Gestion des politiques et des procédures : Établissement, suivi, maintien et révision annuelle des politiques, routines et procédures internes, y compris le POPR et tenue des registres des transactions non autorisées (journal des infractions), registre des conflits, registre des plaintes, journal des cadeaux, inventaire des publications, journal des rapports d'incidents, registre des intérêts extérieurs, etc.
* Responsable de tenir TPIE informé de toute nouvelle législation applicable, de mettre à jour les informations sur les initiatives réglementaires, de mettre en évidence les problèmes de conformité importants et de conseiller sur les implications des modifications de la réglementation (MiFID II, MAD/MAR, EMIR, REMIT, etc.) telles qu'identifiées.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
* Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (à l'écrit et à l'oral) ;
* Bonne connaissance pratique des exigences applicables du régime des services financiers de l'UE, y compris les règles de l'AMF et les principales réglementations, par ex. MiFID II et RTS, MAB/MAR, etc.
* Expérience minimum démontrée dans un rôle de conformité ou de risque opérationnel au sein des marchés financiers,
* Compétences éprouvées en communication à différents niveaux d'ancienneté, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit,
* Capable de bien travailler avec divers Groupes et personnalités.
