Le poste pour lequel nous recrutons s’inscrit dans la dynamique du développement de notre activité « Industrie ». Les produits proposés à nos clients sont plus précisément utilisés pour la détection ou la quantification de micro-organismes dans les produits agroalimentaires et les environnements de production.
Nous recherchons un Business Developper H/F/NB Food Industrie pour la région du Sud-Ouest (Localisation idéale: Toulouse)
Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
Au sein des équipes Industrie de la Direction des Opérations Commerciales France, vos principales missions seront de :
- Développer le business auprès des industries agroalimentaires confié dans le cadre des directives Vente et Marketing de la Direction France, conformément à la politique tarifaire.
- Etablir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes des clients clés : concilier les exigences du client et les impératifs commerciaux de la société.
- Accompagner et répondre aux besoins de nos comptes clés tout en développant notre capacité à proposer des solutions complètes, allant au-delà d’une simple approche de vente de produits de diagnostic.
- Avoir une approche centrée sur la valeur des solutions proposées
- Etudier, rédiger et valoriser l’offre commerciale dans le cadre d’un processus de négociation en relation avec le laboratoire de contrôle, l’assurance qualité, la direction des achats et les services de production de l’entreprise.
- Respecter l’engagement de l’entreprise vis à vis du client par la mise en place des conditions consenties dans le respect de la politique commerciale et résoudre les éventuels litiges.
Qui êtes-vous ?
- Vous possédez une double compétence en Sciences (iéalement en microbiologie Industrielle ou Agroalimentaire) et en Ventes ; vous avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire
- Vous avez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, un grand sens de l’écoute et une orientation client développée.
- Grandes qualités organisationnelles, autonomie.
- Sens du résultat et fort pouvoir de négociation sont des atouts forts pour mener à bien les missions.

- Gout du travail en équipe
- Bon niveau d’Anglais
