As Change Management â Middle office â Associate 2 you will be responsible for
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria
- Documents and release internal impact assessment of the change request to the client
- Obtain appropriate internal and client sign-off
- Escalate risks and issues to Change Management managers
- Overseeing the implementation of approved process: follow up on solution including technical deployment, testing phases and status
- Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels
- Take ownership and initiative, ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with internal and external partners
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
- be effective at planning, monitoring and reviewing
- be able to co-ordinate work carried out by different people and organisations

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree (or equivalent) in finance or first experience in asset servicing (1-2 years)
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
- Project management education or experience
- Languages : French Fluent and English Fluent
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in Business Analyst ideally with an asset servicer company
