We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and work on our new product lines.
At Philips Cardiologs, we aim to democratize access to expert cardiac care through medical-grade artificial intelligence and cloud technology. Our flagship product, the Cardiologs Holter platform, is a leading software for analyzing ambulatory ECG used to help diagnose over 1.8 million patients annually.
We are currently venturing into the remote patient monitoring space with the Cardiologs RPM solution, allowing patients to share their smartwatch ECGs with their physicians, who in turn use our cloud-based RPM platform to streamline ECG reviews.
In November 2021, we announced that we were being acquired by Philips to expand our cardiac portfolio.

Your role:
As a Product Manager for New Business Lines at Philips Cardiologs, you will drive the early product growth of an innovative healthcare solution. You will work with a close team of Product Designers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, Marketing, and Medical Advisors to:
Develop a strong understanding of your usersâ needs: gather insights and translate them into actionable opportunities.
Contribute to the business strategy for the new product lines, and work with your stakeholders to build the product roadmap
Solve complex problems with our cross-functional experts in engineering, design, or regulatory
Provide functional specifications for the engineering team
Work closely with software engineers and data scientists towards the implementation of the roadmap
Iterate quickly on the product and collaborate closely with your customers
Be ready to wear multiple hats
You're the right fit if:
You have more than 3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, and shipping highly technical digital products ideally in a B2B environment.
You are fully autonomous and have mastered the ideation and development process. You are curious, and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You have a strong interest in developing healthcare products.
You have a masterâs degree in business or engineering or an equivalent discipline.
You are fluent in English and ideally in French as well.

This role is Paris-based. Being authorized to work in the EU is a precondition of employment.

1 - Quick introductory HR phone call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (20-30 min)
2 - Technical interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager and a team member (90 min)
3 - Performance interview via Teams with 2 different persons from the team (90 min)
4 - Culture interview at the office (with lunch or drinks with the team if possible) with 2 different persons from the team (90 min)
To close the process, we'll do some reference calls. In parallel, we may organize a quick call (15-20 min) with France Schwarz, our General Manager if you didnât have the opportunity to meet her during the process.

Votre rôle
En tant que Product Manager - New Business Lines chez Philips Cardiologs, vous piloterez le lancement et la croissance d'une solution de soins de santé innovante. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec une équipe de designers produit, de data scientists, dâingénieurs, de marketing et de conseillers médicaux pour :
- Développer une compréhension approfondie des besoins de vos utilisateurs, recueillir des informations et les traduire en opportunités actionnables.
- Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale des nouvelles lignes de produits, et élaborer la roadmap du produit en concertation avec les parties prenantes
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes avec nos équipes expertes en ingénierie, design ou réglementaire.
- Fournir des spécifications fonctionnelles pour l'équipe d'ingénierie.
- Mettre en oeuvre la roadmap, en en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs logiciels et les data scientists.
- Itérer rapidement sur le produit et co-construire avec vos clients.
Vous êtes la bonne personne si:
- Vous avez plus de 3 ans d'expérience en product management, travaillant sur des produits numériques hautement techniques, de préférence dans un environnement B2B.
- Vous êtes entièrement autonome et maîtrisez le processus d'idéation et de développement.
- Vous êtes curieux et appréciez de travailler en équipes multi-disciplinaires.
- Vous avez un vif intérêt pour le développement de produits de santé.
- Vous avez un master en commerce ou en ingénierie, ou une discipline équivalente.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et idéalement le français.
