De formation Bac+2 vous souhaitez intégrer un Bachelor 3ème année. Dans le cadre d'un recrutement via une entreprise partenaire, l'école ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL EVRY, recherche un(e) apprenti(e) ressources humaines. A ce titre, vous intégrerez notre cursus Bachelor 3ème année Responsable en Gestion des relations Sociales (Titre RNCP Niveau 6). Six unités d'enseignement seront au programme, elles regrouperont des matières telles que : L'évolution des carrières, politique de rémunération et de performances sociales, réglementation et dialogue social...Le rythme d'alternance sera : Lundi, Mardi en cours et le Mercredi, Jeudi et le vendredi en entreprise. Les missions :Formation professionnelle : suivi administratif des dossiers : saisie et enregistrement des documents dans la base formation, inscription, demande d'achat, formation, envoi des convocations, suivi des dossiers administratifs, suivi logistique des actions de formations intra ;Campagne des entretiens : mise à jour des tableaux, suivi logistique des entretiens Gestion du personnel : Suivi et constitution des dossiers, aide à l'accueil des stagiaires ;Projets divers : Création de document de communication RH, traduction de document RH en anglais.
