JOB TITLE: Apprentice Product Introduction Costing Tool Coordinator (M/F)
Based in : Saint-Ouen, France
OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT :
We are looking for an apprentice for our Services entity. As part of the central warranty/Product Introduction (PI) teams, your objectives will be to support the international roll-out of a cost estimation tool specific to the PI business line in the bid phase, to specify its future integration into standard costing tools at Alstom level, to monitor development, and to provide associated documentation and training.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting the deployment of an excel model of the functionalities of the future tool, integrating all the activities of the PI Business Line
- Familiarise yourself with the cost model and specific Alstom processes/tools (Ody.C, Anaplan, PM2020) in conjunction with our Finance and Costing Metier teams in order to specify the integration of the Excel model into the Alstom tools.
- Interface and coordinate with the IT teams in Bangalore, developers of the future tool.
- Validate the tool developed by the IT teams
- Produce a user guide
- Develop and roll out training to familiarise users with the tool
- Provide support to end users
- Document the FAQs
PROFILE :
- Engineering school (software development)
- Technical skills :
- good level of professional English (written and spoken)
- knowledge of financial evaluation, cost models
- proficiency in Excel
Behavioural skills :
- Curious, ability to drive and influence a technical team
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team (various business lines), cross-culturally and remotely
Contract: minimum 12 months, starting in September 2024.
