Votre Impact
Ce rôle vous placera au cœur des besoins et des contraintes du client.
Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans la mise en œuvre de nos projets, depuis l'animation d'ateliers pour recueillir les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques, jusqu'à l'accompagnement de nos clients dans la mise en œuvre de nos produits. Vous serez impliqué dans tous les aspects et toutes les phases d’analyse, de dimensionnement, d’implémentation et d’optimisation en réponse aux attentes élevées de nos clients.
Au-delà de la mission principale au sein des Professional Services, le poste comporte des interactions avec l'équipe commerciale, afin d'appliquer votre expertise technique et fonctionnelle à l'élaboration des propositions
Ce que le poste offre
- Le travail de conseil auprès des clients actuels et futurs est axé sur les conceptions techniques de l'infrastructure et de l'architecture dans des environnements varies
- Participer à des ateliers avec les clients, analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions techniques fiables,
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions dans différentes architectures (on premise, Cloud, SaaS, Container, ...)
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des approches fonctionnelles et techniques personnalisées,
- Résoudre les problèmes (performances, bugs...) en utilisant une démarche analytique rigoureuse et pertinente,
Ce qu'il faut pour réussir
- Un diplôme en ingénierie informatique (ou équivalent) avec entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre et le support d'applications.
- Forte expérience dans le domaine de l'infrastructure informatique, des réseaux et des systèmes d'exploitation.
- Expérience pratique dans l'animation d'ateliers fonctionnels pour analyser et définir les exigences métier, la rédaction de documents de spécifications fonctionnelles et la configuration de solutions sur site, SaaS ou hébergées dans le cloud.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction en français et en anglais sont essentielles pour ce poste (lire, écrire et parler).
