IV. Job description
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons :
Un(e) Ingénieur Conception Intégration mécanique Bogie*
*Le Bogie est le système de liaison au rail du train. Il assure puissance, sécurité et Confort au Véhicule.
Vos missions :
Au sein d’un équipe de développement, vous assurez la conception et l’intégration de sous-ensembles de bogies.
Vous aurez en charge de réaliser :
- Conception 3D et pré-calculs dimensionnels,
- Documentation technique associée (plans, bilan masse, etc)
- Nomenclature de définition du produit
- Documentation de validation technique (Calculs analytiques, chaines de cote, débattements)
- Mise au point des premiers bogie de série
Vous serez amené à participer :
- À la réponse technique aux appels de l’offre
- Au co-engineering avec les équipes méthodes et les fournisseurs
- Au design to cost du produit
- À la gestion des interfaces mécaniques, électriques et pneumatiques du bogie au travers de réunions et missions chez les intégrateurs
- À certains essais de validation (essai bogie, mise sous caisses, essai débattements …)
- À la mise à jour des règles internes en tenant compte du REX avant et après la mise en service commercial.
Vous animerez une équipe de projeteurs dans le cadre des projets de développement.
V. Technical Skills
De formation ingénieur mécanique avec une première expérience, vous aurez les compétences suivantes :
- Connaissances en mécanique générale et conception de système mécanique pour l’industrie,
- Connaissance des procédés de fabrication (soudage, usinage, conception de pièce moulée ou forgée)
- Connaissance de la CAO 3D requise. Connaissance de CATIA V5 recommandée
- Notions d’optimisation des coûts et de fabrication,
- Notions de calcul de structure et pré dimensionnement
- Dispose de capacités d’innovation pour faire face à des demandes spécifiques.
- Bonne capacité de synthèse, Approche analytique
