Au sein de l’équipe Brand, l’objectif principal de ce stage sera de gérer pour l’ensemble du département (70 personnes) le process Procurement, qui va de la création du fournisseur dans le système jusqu’au paiement.

Tes principales missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Création des nouveaux fournisseurs dans notre logiciel Ariba
  • Création des Purchase Requisitions dans ARIBA 
  • Suivi de la création Purchase Requisitions jusqu’au paiement des fournisseurs
  • Assurer la mise à jour des tableaux de suivi (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Paiements)
  • Coordonner toutes les demandes de commandes (Purchase Orders) pour l’ensemble de l’équipe Marketing et être le référent Marketing Procurement pour la Finance
  • Aide à la mise en place d’un process procurement « easy » pour les frais des athlètes

Qualifications

 Formation : Bac+2/3

 Langues : très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau C1), toute autre langue est un plus.

 Informatique : Pack Office, connaissance du logiciel Ariba serait un plus

Savoir-être : Tu es une personne autonome, rigoureuse et curieuse.

Enfin, tu as un bon sens du contact pour récupérer l’information auprès de différents services.
