L'école Digital College de Grenoble recherche un(e) alternant(e) au poste de Community Manager pour une entreprise partenaire en contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation pour l'année scolaire 2024-2026.Digital College est une école de formation aux métiers du digital. Nous proposons des formations en alternance, du Bac au Bac+6, dans les domaines du marketing digital, de la communication digitale, du web développement et du design.Vos missions : La création et la mise en place d'une stratégie de contenu : Il élabore un plan de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux en fonction des objectifs de l'entreprise, et s'assure de la qualité et de la pertinence des publications.La gestion des réseaux sociaux : Il gère les comptes officiels de l'entreprise sur les différents réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) en publiant du contenu régulièrement et en répondant aux commentaires et aux messages des utilisateurs.La modération des commentaires : Il s'occupe de la modération des commentaires et des messages reçus sur les réseaux sociaux, en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les règles de l'entreprise et à ce qu'ils ne soient pas offensants ou inappropriés.La gestion des campagnes publicitaires : Il met en place et gère les campagnes publicitaires sur les réseaux sociaux, en ciblant les utilisateurs les plus susceptibles d'être intéressés par les produits ou services de l'entreprise.La veille concurrentielle : Il suit les activités des concurrents de l'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux, en identifiant les tendances et les opportunités pour améliorer la stratégie de l'entreprise.La mesure de l'impact : Il utilise des outils de mesure pour suivre les performances des campagnes publicitaires et des publications, et élabore des rapports pour les dirigeants de l'entreprise.
