Au sein du service Learning & Development, notre futur(e) alternant(e) aura pour principale mission de participer au déploiement des compétences (formations présentielles et digitales) : 

1. Assurer l’organisation et le suivi logistique des formations :

  • Vérifier/affiner les besoins de formations initialement recueillis
  • Identifier les axes d’amélioration des actions de formation
  • Planifier les formations en lien avec les managers opérationnels et les collaborateurs
  • Organiser la logistique des formations (réservation de salles, envoi des invitations…)

 

2. Réaliser le suivi administratif des formations : 

  • Vérifier et signer les conventions de formation
  • Etablir les bons de commande sur notre outil interne
  • Demander au prestataire les documents à intégrer au dossier : feuilles de présence, factures, feuilles d’évaluation à chaud

 

3. Optimiser les budgets :

  • Mutualiser les besoins en interne
  • Identifier les financements possibles
  • Etablir des demandes de financement auprès des organismes collecteurs

 

4. Actualiser les informations dans les différents logiciels :

  • Plateforme de formation LMS (Learning Management System) ”Salomon Academy“
  • Outils de gestion de la formation

 

5. Etablir une veille juridique formation :

S’approprier les différents mécanismes de la formation Français à l’initiative :

  • des salariés (CPF (Compte personnel de formation), CPF de transition, VAE (Validation des acquis de l’expérience)
  • et à l’initiative de l’employeur : plan de compétences, OPCO (OPérateurs de COmpétences)

 

6. Aider à la digitalisation de la formation :

  • Recherche de contenus digitaux cohérents avec les besoins
  • Mise en ligne de contenu digital
  • Gestion des utilisateurs

 

Qualifications

•  Ecole : Bac + 2 requis en gestion des ressources humaines ou formation. Tu souhaites effectuer un Bachelor 3 en RH. 

•  Anglais : Anglais B2

•  Compétences particulières : Logiciels RH (Cégédim…), LMS Docebo

•  Informatique : Pack Office

•  Savoir-être : Confidentialité, sens des priorités, rigueur et organisation
