Your main mission will be to assist the Content Factory Manager in the coordination of digital and content projects, within the Content team at Salomon:

 

  • Digital projects:

– Support digital project development & execution (briefs, content creation, implementation follow-up, check, go live within the timelines, budget)

– Support the acceleration of UGC(Users Generated Contents) content strategy

– Coordinate some SEO projects to optimize the performance of Salomon.com.

– Participate in the improvement of the ‘How to platform” in collaboration with the various stakeholders (Copywritter, agency, content production specialists…)

– Ensure the quality of the digital contents on all our platforms coordinating with external stakeholders: SEO, translations, webmastering

– Manage design projects with the Graphic designers and support them for some creation if possible/needed.

 

  • Photoshoot & Dam management:

– Coordination for the product photoshoot with the two production specialists (Sample gathering, Mannequin management, product data base creation consolidation, shoot assistance, silhouette projects…)

– Support for the product video process

– Post prod coordination to enhance our photoshoot quality service

– Support the assets integration into the DAM (Digital Asset Management)

 

  • Reporting:

– Follow-up the web performance of digital content

– Benchmark and competitive monitoring

Ta mission principale sera d’assister le responsable de la Content Factory dans la coordination des projets digitaux et de contenu, au sein de l’équipe Contenu chez Salomon :

 

  • Projets digitaux :

-       Soutenir le développement et l’exécution de projets digitaux (briefs, création de contenu, suivi de la mise en œuvre, vérification, mise en service dans le respect des délais et du budget).

-       Soutenir l’accélération de la stratégie de contenu UGC (User Generated Contents)

-       Coordonner certains projets SEO pour optimiser les performances de Salomon.com.

-       Participer à l’amélioration de la plateforme ” How to ” en collaboration avec les différents intervenants (rédacteurs, agence, spécialistes de la production de contenu…).

-       Assurer la qualité des contenus digitaux sur toutes nos plateformes en se coordonnant avec les intervenants externes : SEO, traductions, webmastering

-       Gérer les projets de design avec les graphistes et les soutenir pour certaines créations si possible/besoin.

 

  • Photoshoot & DAM management :

-       Coordination des photoshootings produit avec les responsables de production de contenu (collecte d’échantillons produits, gestion des mannequins, consolidation de la création de la base de données produit, assistance sur shooting…)

-       Support dans la production vidéo

-       Coordination de la post-production shooting pour améliorer la qualité des livrables

-       Upload et intégration des assets créés sur le DAM (Digital Asset Management)

 

  • Reporting :

·        Suivi de la performance web du contenu digital

·        Benchmark et veille concurrentielle

Qualifications

 Skills:

 Education: working toward master’s degree in Digital / Marketing / Communication

 

 Languages: fluent English and French, a third language is a plus

 

IT skills: Office suite mandatory, Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture, Adobe Photoshop

 

 Profile: organize, pro-active, creative, committed, independent, analytical thinking

 Formation : Master en Digital / Marketing / Communication

 

 Langues : anglais et français courants, une troisième langue est un plus

 

 Compétences informatiques : Suite Office obligatoire. Google Analytics ou Adobe Omniture. Adobe Photoshop

 

 Profil : Personne organisée, proactive, créative, engagée, autonome avec un bon esprit d’équipe et d’analyse
