Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) au sein de notre organisation Service Delivery Leadership (SDL) chez Group Managed Services (GMS).
Votre environnement
En tant que Customer Delivery Manager, vous serez responsable de la fourniture de services pour un ou plusieurs clients de Computacenter. Dans votre domaine de responsabilité, vous contribuerez à un modèle de gouvernance efficace pour gérer les équipes, en veillant à ce que la qualité et la satisfaction des clients soient maintenues et que les problèmes soient résolus avec succès.
Vos missions
- Vous gérez vos services en cohérence avec les engagements de Computacenter envers nos clients et notre propre organisation ;
- Vous identifiez et gérez les améliorations nécessaires à la qualité, l'efficacité ou l'efficience de nos services, vous réagissez aux problèmes et adaptez les services le cas échéant ;
- Vous mesurez les performances de vos équipes et mettez en œuvre une reconnaissance positive ;
- Vous identifiez les risques dans la prestation de services, évaluez les implications commerciales et prenez des mesures pour éliminer ou éviter les risques ;
- Vous préparez et délivrez des rapports de service et participez à des révisions avec les clients et les collègues ;
- Vous êtes la principale interface au quotidien entre Computacenter et le client ;
- Vous pouvez être amené à manager une équipe de petite taille.
Votre profil
- Vous avez acquis une solide expérience dans la gestion de services IT ;
- Vous comprenez comment les services informatiques s'intègrent dans l'activité des clients et comment nous, en tant que fournisseur de services, pouvons leur apporter une valeur ajoutée ;
- Vous êtes un leader charismatique et vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences managériales et vos capacités à fédérer les équipes ;
- Vous avez un sens du service très développé, tourné vers la satisfaction des clients ;
- Vous maîtrisez les process ITIL ;
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
