Quelles sont les missions ?
En tant qu'Asset Manager, vos missions sont :
* Commercialisation des locaux vacants comprenant la définition de la stratégie à adopter, la régularisation des mandats et la négociation des baux,
* Mise en place du suivi technique des immeubles (assistance aux travaux, maintenance technique générale des équipements communs),
* Élaboration des budgets charges et travaux, gestion et maîtrise des charges et des Capex dans le respect des budgets,
* Préconisation en collaboration avec le service travaux de la conservation, l'amélioration et la pérennisation du patrimoine,
* Assistance à la négociation des nouvelles acquisitions,
* Reporting et tableaux de bord de suivi d'activité,
* Assistance au service développement dans la recherche de foncier à développer.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation supérieure (école de commerce ou d'ingénieur) le candidat justifie d'une expérience similaire préalable d'au moins 5 ans, acquise dans le secteur de l'immobilier tertiaire.
Poste ouvert au Property Manager ayant obligatoirement au moins une expérience en commercialisation.
Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir.
