Ce poste est le garant de la mise en place et de l’amélioration continue du système de gestion de la qualité et de l’hygiène alimentaire, en s’appuyant sur les standards Mars globaux et régionaux, pour délivrer et atteindre tous les objectifs du site liés aux indicateurs clefs de la performance en termes de qualité et d’hygiène alimentaire. Le leader QMP s’assure du déploiement, du maintien, de l’amélioration et de l’adéquation du système Q&FS (QMP), conformément à la réglementation, aux analyses de risque liées à l’activité du site, aux normes de certification du site et aux standards Mars. Il pilote et coordonne la mise en place des standards Mars et de leurs évolutions. Il en rend compte aux structures régionales Q&FS.
Quel profil recherchons-nous ?
Formation universitaire en sciences / technologie dans l’alimentation ou disciplines connexes, ou formation complète élémentaire pérenne dans le domaine de la qualité et de la sûreté alimentaire et de la technologie.
Expérience professionnelle valide (minimum 2 ans et +) dans l’industrie agroalimentaire ou des secteurs connexes dans le domaine de la Q&FS.
Expérience avérée et efficace en gestion de projets et organisation.
Motivation visible, attitude et leadership axés sur le premier principe de Mars, la Qualité.
Maitrise de l’Anglais
Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités ?
Etablir, développer, piloter et coordonner le système de gestion de la qualité et de l’hygiène alimentaire pour assurer que tous les produits répondent aux standards de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire mais aussi répondent aux exigences législatives.
Assurer au sein de l’équipe Q&FS, de l’équipe de direction de l’usine et au sein du site, les connections, le coaching et les formations nécessaires pour permettre d’atteindre ces standards de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire.
Piloter l’agenda Q&FS et participer à améliorer les performances qualité de l’usine à travers une gestion efficace des CAPA
Assurer une analyse fiable des data (Incidents, plaintes consommateurs ect…) pour alimenter ce pilotage
Coordonner au sein de l’équipe Q&FS, le maintien des standards existants et le déploiement des nouveaux standards dans l’usine
