Quelles sont les missions ?
A ce titre, vous assurez les missions suivantes :
Définir et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie nécessaire à la réalisation des opérations de développement, transfert industriel et de contrôle qualité des produits fabriqués sur le site.
Assurer la supervision & le management des services Développement/Transfert industriel, Contrôle Qualité et des fonctions supports
Proposer et piloter des actions correctives ou préventives en lien avec des événements qualité, des audits des inspections internes ou externes
Piloter les activités support en mettant en place et en analysant des indicateurs de performance
Conseiller et assister sur les aspects réglementaires auprès des services concernés (développement, production, qualité, commercial, customer service ...)
Répondre aux diverses demandes réglementaires formulées par nos clients
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus du département
Quel est le profil idéal ?
PROFIL :
Pharmacien ou Ingénieur de formation, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans sur un poste similaire dont 5 ans au sein d'un service de contrôle qualité. Vous avez une capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à communiquer de manière claire / positive pour permettre la concrétisation de projets.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en management transversal et hiérarchique vous permettant de fédérerautours des projets de l'entreprise.
