Au coeur du service RH, nous recrutons un Alternant Ressources Humaines H/F pour participer à la gestion RH de la filiale.Votre Rôle - Réaliser les déclarations obligatoires (DUE, accident du travail...) en collaboration avec l'équipe RH.- Assurer la gestion administrative des divers dossiers RH : médailles du travail, équipements de travail et fournitures diverses, accompagnement au logement...etc.- Assurer la planification et le suivi des visites médicales en collaboration avec l'équipe RH.- Participer au contrôle de la paie et la saisie des éléments variables.- Participer à la préparation des réunion du CSE.- Prendre en charge les relations avec les agences de travail temporaire (contrats, facturations, relevés d'heures...) en collaboration avec l'équipe RH.- Préparer les éléments nécessaires à l'établissement de reporting divers dans le respect des délais.- Assurer la gestion administrative et logistique des formations.- Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et physique du service.- Assurer le suivi administratif général du service.- Participer aux différents projets.
